When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take between 5 to 10 business days for delivery within Mexico and between 15 to 30 business days for international orders (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs duties?

The prices shown on our site are tax-free in Mexican pesos, which means you may have to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country’s customs department.
